PHILOSOPHY

I believe that when you look back on your wedding photographs in two months, in ten years, and then in forty years when you are showing them to your grandchild, you should still be able to feel the emotions of that special day.

I'm always amazed by the creativity of each wedding. I know you have spent the last few months - ok, let's be honest, for many it is the last year or more - collecting, creating, and compiling your vision. Of course, I will photograph those unique details, but I most look forward to capturing the moments.

That special moment you share with your parent or best friend as they help you slip into your dress or suite for the final time, the gasp from your crew as they exclaim that it is “so you”. The look on your partner's face when they finally see you, and the time the two of you get to spend together soaking in your love. Those are the moments I want to preserve.

I love my couples! I love getting to know my couples, developing a relationship, and then getting to tell their unique story. Because every story is different, every wedding is different. It is the things that make your wedding "you" that I love the most.

I am not the type of photographer who cranks out a million weddings each season. I'm a photographer who takes on each one because of a connection I feel with the couple, because I am excited about their special touches, and because we get each other. My couples matter to me and I matter to them. Because of this, we end up happier with the final product in the end.
